Shipping

Are there any delays due to Coronavirus?
Yes, unfortunately our fulfilment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you ship to?
Yes, we ship internationally to almost all countries. We don’t currently ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for all orders

When will I receive my order?
Normally fulfilment of most products is 2-7 business days, then shipping can take 5-15 business days depending on your address. However, please add an additional 7 days to these estimates here due to delays from Coronavirus issues. 

  • Shipping to USA: 3-4 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping to Canada: 4-10 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping to Europe: 5-10 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping to Australia/NZ: 12-14 business days after fulfillment
  • Shipping to other locations: 8-14 business days after fulfillment


How do you wrap the products for shipping?

Each product is wrapped differently depending on the item and based on dimension requirements to ensure the best protection. For example:

  • Posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps.
  • Canvases are usually shipped in corrugated boxes, ranging in dimensions of 12x18x2 to 28x38x6.
  • Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Then they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.


What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If your order was lost somewhere on the way to you and the address you provided was 100% correct then we’ll ship you a new tracked order at no extra cost.

Will I have to pay any international taxes or duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It varies and depends on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of this will be required to release your order from customs on arrival if it is held by customs.

Can I return the item if I changed my mind after I receive it?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your order so we offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. Make sure you keep all the original packaging and materials. You can choose between a refund in store credit or refund of your payment to your original payment method. You will only need to pay for the postage fee to return the item. My item is damaged, what should I do?
If your order is misprinted, damaged, or defective in any way, we encourage you to let us know and return it for a full refund or exchange. Please keep all packaging and labels. Please immediately send us a message by completing the Contact form and we’ll send you instructions.
